OXY Win is a Screw-Vent® compatible internal hex implant with Italian precision engineering and a cold weld connection. Same prosthetic components. Same workflow. Radically different economics.
If you’re currently placing Zimmer Screw-Vent, ZimVie TSV, or any internal hex system with that familiar platform — you already know how to use Win. Your abutments work. Your scan bodies work. Your entire prosthetic inventory works.
The only thing that changes is the number on the invoice. OXY Win delivers Screw-Vent® compatible performance from a manufacturer with over 35 years of Italian implant engineering — at a price that makes your current supplier look expensive overnight.
This isn’t a knockoff. Win is precision-machined in Italy from Grade 4 titanium, cold worked for 40% greater strength, with the same AMS surface treatment used across the entire OXY Implant range. The dimensional tolerances on the internal hex are so tight they create a virtual cold weld — zero micro-gap, zero bacterial pathway.
Win uses a single 3.75mm prosthetic platform across all four implant diameters. One set of abutments. One set of scan bodies. One set of impression copings. Your prosthetic inventory just got a lot simpler — and a lot cheaper to hold.
The internal hex connection is machined to tolerances so tight that when the abutment is seated, it creates a virtual cold weld. No micro-gap. No bacterial infiltration pathway. Better crestal bone preservation than a standard butt-joint hex connection.
The anodised collar uses OXY’s PTI (Pink Tissue Integration) micro-treatment. It promotes stable, healthy soft tissue healing around the implant neck — and it looks natural doing it.
Double-start thread with 1.8mm pitch means Win goes in fast with minimal bone trauma. The tapered body and self-tapping design give you excellent primary stability in all bone qualities — including post-extraction sites where bone grip really matters.
Win CAD libraries are available for Exocad and 3Shape. Scan bodies, T-Base abutments, and Win-Z MUA are all supported. If your lab works digitally, Win fits straight in.
Win uses a Screw-Vent® compatible internal hex connection. That means your existing prosthetic components, your lab’s digital workflow, and your team’s clinical muscle memory all carry straight over.
Your existing Screw-Vent compatible abutments seat directly onto Win. No new inventory needed. No learning curve for your lab.
Digital impressions work exactly the same way. Exocad and 3Shape libraries are available for download. Your digital workflow doesn’t skip a beat.
If you can place an internal hex implant, you can place Win. Same drilling protocol principles. Same prosthetic seating. Same confidence.
Same clinical outcome. Same prosthetic workflow. Same patient result. Dramatically lower fixture cost. That’s the Win proposition.

Win: Compatible connection, Italian quality, sharper priceThere are cheap hex-compatible fixtures out there. Some work fine. Some don’t. Win isn’t in that category — it’s engineered by OXY Implant (Biomec), a manufacturer with 35+ years and 100% in-house Italian production.
Win: Real manufacturer, real traceability, real supportIf you specifically need an internal hex platform — for workflow, lab compatibility, or prosthetic inventory reasons — a conical system means replacing everything. Win lets you keep what works.
Win: No prosthetic overhaul, no retrainingIf you don’t need hex compatibility and prefer a conical (Morse taper) connection with platform switching, our PSK system is built for exactly that — at the same disruptive pricing.
Explore PSK →35 years of Italian implant manufacturing. 100% in-house production. Grade 4 titanium. Cold worked for 40% more strength. The same engineering discipline that builds Fixo and PSK — now in a Screw-Vent compatible platform.

OXY Win is a two-piece dental implant featuring an internal hex connection compatible with the Screw-Vent® prosthetic platform. Designed and manufactured in Italy by Biomec, Win is intended for clinicians who want to maintain their existing internal hex prosthetic workflow while significantly reducing fixture costs.
The internal hex connection is machined to extremely tight dimensional tolerances, creating what OXY Implant describes as a virtual cold weld when the abutment is seated. This minimises the micro-gap at the implant-abutment interface, contributing to better preservation of crestal bone levels and reducing the risk of bacterial infiltration compared to standard butt-joint connections.
A key differentiator of the Win system is its unified 3.75mm prosthetic platform, which is common across all four implant diameters (3.30mm, 3.75mm, 4.25mm, and 5.00mm). This simplifies prosthetic component inventory and reduces the number of abutment variants a practice needs to stock.
The implant collar features OXY’s PTI (Pink Tissue Integration) anodisation, designed to promote stable soft tissue healing. The implant body is treated with the AMS (Advanced Micro Surface) process, combining chemical etching, decontamination, and cold Argon plasma treatment to create a hydrophilic, micro-porous surface that supports osteoblast adhesion and accelerates osseointegration.
Win features a double-start thread with a 1.8mm pitch for fast insertion with minimal surgical trauma. The tapered body with self-tapping cutting grooves provides excellent primary stability across all bone qualities, making it particularly suited to post-extraction sites where immediate bone grip is critical.
Win CAD libraries are available for Exocad and 3Shape, supporting scan bodies for both intraoral and benchtop scanners. T-Base abutments and Win-Z MUA are available for CAD/CAM prosthetic solutions.
