The integrated implant-abutment that eliminates the connection entirely. No screwing. No bone mill drilling. No radiological checks. Full-arch immediate loading in fewer steps, with fewer variables, and less chair time.
In a conventional two-piece workflow, you place the implant, then attach a separate multi-unit abutment with a connection screw. That connection must be radiologically verified. It introduces a potential weak point. It adds procedural time. And it creates a micro-gap that can harbour bacteria and loosen over time.
Every additional component is another variable in the outcome. Fixo removes the variable entirely.
Fixo integrates the multi-unit abutment directly into the implant body. One piece. One insertion. No separate abutment to screw on, no gap to infiltrate, no X-ray verification needed. The connection doesn’t fail because there is no connection.
The integrated MUA eliminates entire procedural steps. No screwing. No bone mill drilling to seat the abutment. No radiological verification of the connection. Every minute you save is chair time your practice gets back.
No implant-abutment gap means no pathway for bacterial infiltration. No separate screw means no micro-movements and no loosening over time. The oversized 1.8mm prosthetic screw handles 30 Ncm torque with confidence.
Fixo works seamlessly with both guided and freehand approaches. The colour-coded, pre-assembled mounter lets you identify the MUA angulation instantly. The reduced 4.8mm MUA diameter fits standard 5mm guided surgery sleeves.
Fixo is the only one-piece implant system with a purpose-built guided surgery sleeve featuring a digitally planned notch for accurate abutment orientation. Combined with the Pcube titanium-reinforced stackable guide system, Fixo delivers prosthetically driven full-arch placement with millimetre precision.
Published peer-reviewed research documents the Fixo + Pcube workflow for computer-guided full-arch rehabilitation with immediate loading.

Fixo dominates immediate loading. But most of your implant work is single-tooth and short-span cases. That’s where PSK and Win come in — the same Italian engineering, the same personal support, and the same disruptive pricing.

Fixo is a one-piece dental implant with an integrated multi-unit abutment (MUA), designed and manufactured in Italy by Biomec. Unlike conventional two-piece implant systems, Fixo eliminates the separate abutment connection entirely — removing the micro-gap, the screwing step, and the radiological verification from the surgical workflow.
This design makes Fixo particularly suited to immediate loading protocols and full-arch restoration procedures. The integrated abutment is available in three angulations (0°, 17°, and 30°), allowing clinicians to manage disparallelisms when placing multiple implants at different angles in the same arch.
The Fixo line includes four variants. Fixo (3.5–4.5mm) is the standard option for full-arch immediate loading. Fixo Mini (3.0–3.5mm) addresses narrow ridges and limited-space cases. Fixo Pterygo provides a 30° angulation for complex posterior anchorage in the pterygoid region. Fixo Zygoma features a 52° angulation for severe maxillary atrophy where zygomatic anchorage is required.
Fixo is the only one-piece implant system with a dedicated guided surgery sleeve featuring a digitally planned orientation notch. Combined with the Pcube titanium-reinforced stackable guide system developed by OXY Implant’s digital division, Fixo enables prosthetically driven full-arch placement with computer-guided precision. Published peer-reviewed research documents this workflow for immediate loading rehabilitation.
All Fixo implants feature the AMS (Advanced Micro Surface) treatment, combining chemical etching, decontamination, and cold Argon plasma to create a hydrophilic, micro-porous surface that promotes osteoblast adhesion and accelerates osseointegration. The pink anatomical collar design supports optimal soft tissue healing around the emergence profile.
