Fixo by OXY Implant

One piece.
Immediate loading.
Zero compromise.

The integrated implant-abutment designed for full-arch immediate loading. No screwing. No bone mill drilling. No radiological checks. Exclusive to 360 Dental in the UK.

The challenge

Two-piece implants add steps, risk, and chair time

In a conventional two-piece workflow, the surgeon places the implant body, then attaches a separate multi-unit abutment using a connection screw. This connection must be radiologically verified, introduces a potential weak point, and adds procedural time.

The implant-abutment interface can harbour bacteria and is subject to screw loosening over time. Every additional component is another variable in the outcome.

The solution

Fixo eliminates the connection entirely

Fixo integrates the multi-unit abutment directly into the implant body. One piece. One insertion. No separate abutment to screw on, no gap to infiltrate, and no X-ray verification needed.

Fast

The integrated MUA means fewer procedural steps during surgery.

  • Eliminates MUA screwing step entirely
  • No bone mill drill step required
  • No radiological check of implant-abutment connection
  • Reduced overall chair time per case

Safe

With no implant-abutment gap, Fixo eliminates the pathway for bacterial infiltration and micro-movements.

  • Zero bacterial infiltration at the connection
  • No micro-movements between components
  • Oversized 1.8mm prosthetic screw for strength
  • Anatomical MUA design deters plaque accumulation

Easy

Fixo works seamlessly with both guided and freehand surgical approaches.

  • Compatible with common guided surgery systems
  • Colour-coded pre-assembled mounter for angle ID
  • Dedicated sleeve for precise angled placement
  • Reduced MUA diameter fits standard 5mm sleeves
  • Works with digital and analogue workflows
Guided surgery

Designed for precision-guided placement

Fixo is the only one-piece implant system with a dedicated guided surgery sleeve featuring a digitally planned notch for accurate abutment orientation.

The colour-coded, pre-assembled mounter allows instant identification of the MUA angulation during surgery. The reduced 4.8mm MUA diameter is compatible with standard 5mm surgical sleeves.

About Fixo

The one-piece dental implant designed for immediate loading

Fixo is a one-piece dental implant with an integrated multi-unit abutment (MUA), designed and manufactured in Italy by Biomec. Unlike conventional two-piece implant systems, Fixo eliminates the separate abutment connection entirely.

This design makes Fixo particularly suited to immediate loading protocols and full-arch restoration procedures. The integrated abutment is available in three angulations (0, 17, and 30 degrees), allowing clinicians to manage disparallelisms when placing multiple implants at different angles in the same arch.

The Fixo implant family

The Fixo line includes four variants. Fixo (3.5-4.5mm) is the standard option for full-arch immediate loading. Fixo Mini (3.0-3.5mm) addresses narrow ridges. Fixo Pterygo provides a 30 degree angulation for complex posterior anchorage. Fixo Zygoma features a 52 degree angulation for severe maxillary atrophy.
